About Larissa Guan

I’m Larissa, a full-time REALTOR® serving the GTA since 2014.

After 10+ years in HR at a bank, I made the leap into real estate full-time, while raising a newborn. What started as a leap of faith has grown into an 12 year career helping clients navigate some of life’s biggest decisions. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients through every stage of their real estate journey — from leasing and first-time purchases to growing families and life’s many transitions.

My goal is simple: to help you make confident, well-informed decisions. I’m known for being professional, highly organized, and a strong negotiator, while keeping the process clear, straightforward, and stress-free.

Outside of real estate, my partner and I enjoy investing in and renovating homes. We even took on a major cottage renovation during COVID, which has become our favourite place to spend time with family and friends.
